Children

Two children up to 7 years old sharing a bed with parents (breakfast included): FREE (applies when accompanied by two full-paying adults).
Baby cot for children up to 2 years old (upon request): PLN 40 / day.
Children up to 12 years old on an extra bed: PLN 80 / night (including breakfast).
Children over 12 years old on an extra bed: PLN 120 / night (including breakfast).
Bathrobes for children are subject to an additional charge.

Please note: An extra bed may be provided in the form of a single sofa bed, double sofa bed, or a rollaway bed, depending on the assigned room. Guests are required to present a document confirming the child’s date of birth.

Meals

Dining Policy & Regulations:

Dress Code: A smart casual/formal dress code applies in the dining areas. Bathrobes and pets are strictly prohibited in the restaurant.
Buffet Access: Standard breakfast and dinner buffets allow for a single entry only. Guests are strictly prohibited from taking food and beverages out of the breakfast area or other buffets. In the event of non-compliance, the Hotel will charge the Guest an additional full price for breakfast or dinner.
The hotel reserves the right to modify the menu during meals. Changes may apply to both the type and quantity of dishes.
The selection of gluten-free products is limited and determined solely by the hotel.

Guests staying as part of hotel packages will exclusively use buffet meals, or served meals in the Restaurant if a buffet is unavailable. The hotel reserves the right to designate the dining location.
Dinner Voucher includes: Soup, main course, dessert, and a cold and hot beverage (excluding certain dishes and drinks). Detailed information is available at the Food & Beverage Department.

Parking

Parking + GreenWay electric vehicle charging station:
Enclosed, monitored parking lot (24h): PLN 40 / day.
Hotel parking lot from Piaskowa Street (by the swimming pool side, monitored): Free of charge.

Bathrobe, slippers

Bathrobe rental: PLN 15.
Slippers purchase: PLN 8.
For Apartment, Premium, and Lux rooms, a bathrobe is included in the room price.
Pool Towels:
We kindly request our Guests not to take room towels to the swimming pool. Towels are provided at the pool reception. Please do not bring wet towels back to the hotel rooms; they should be left in the designated area right by the pool reception counter.
