Terms of payment and cancellation:
After paying the deposit, the reservation is guaranteed.
In the event of cancellation of the stay up to 5 days before arrival, it is possible to use the amount paid during the next stay at the hotel.
If you do not show up at the hotel by 12.00 the next day or if you cancel less than 5 days before the planned date of arrival, the amounts paid will be forfeited.
Any changes to the booking will be considered individually and confirmed according to the hotel's options. In the event that the Hotel is closed due to top-down regulations, the Hotel will allow the date to be changed or the amounts paid to be refunded.

- In order to obtain all benefits, please mention the number and age of the children when booking
- The guest is obliged to present a document confirming the child's date of birth
- There is no refund or compensation for unused services that are part of the package
