Payment and Cancellation Terms:
Within 3 days from the date of receiving this confirmation, please make a 30% deposit. The remaining amount of the order is payable at the hotel reception upon check-in. Any changes or cancellations within less than 14 days before the start of the stay will result in the non-refundable forfeiture of the paid amount.
Additional Information:
- There is no possibility of refund or compensation for unused services included in the package.
- Unused treatments/massages, bowling, and other recreational activities are non-refundable.
- Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out ends at 11:30 AM.
